In addition to his refusal to issue same-sex marriage licenses - he has also been accused of multiple instances of lying, letting a known felon handle a gun, taking money from lawyers, and hanging a picture of Adolf Hitler in the Marion County Courthouse.
The Oregon Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability will hear a formal complaint filed against Judge Vance Day on Nov. 9.
