Discussion: Ammon Bundy Says Jail Is Hard, But He'd Still Take Over Malheur

And it should be VERY patriotic to celebrate his devotion to his cause:

I think that’s old and incomplete data. He’s also been charged now for Nevada and new charges are being added generally.

Ammon Bundy: Jail Is The ‘Most Difficult Thing I’ve Ever Done In My Life’

DUH!, dumb shit then why the hell did you break the law… this idiot has at best a 3rd grader understanding of life in general, even less about the Constitution.

Evidently he’s looking at Malheur time + even more time for his participation in the Bunkerville incident. If they have a photo of him pointing his rifle at BLM or other law enforcement agents, he could be looking at life. One can only hope.

“Son of Sam” laws will prevent that, I think.

Note: I’m not a lawyer, I just want to someday play a doctor on TV.

Counting on either a President Dumpster or Crux will pardon him…

REMORSE?! He thinks he should get medal for all the incredible good he did, getting his wonderful message out and all!

Think of your own life! Where would you be now, if not for Ammon’s message?!

They already have the pic of the fed-pointed gun. And they’ve got that guy. Cloven and Ammonia are screwed because they conspired.

Ammon Bundy, the mastermind

I’m not sure, but his demonstrable lack of remorse is really going to impress the judge who sentences him.

There is no remorse because he honest-to-god thinks he’s carrying out god’s will; he is right, everyone else is wrong. I am not sure if he could ever wrap his head around the fact that what he did is neither constitutional nor “right.” The part this article leaves out is where he calls his family every evening and they read the Book of Mormon together and pray. I think they pray for the rest of us to come around to their point of view on God’s will. He also prays every morning and studies his pocket (very special) Constitution. Keeping him in jail will just protect the rest of us from his wacky way of acting out “God’s will.”

I’ve seen the prone shooter on the bridge aiming down at LEOs, and you’re right, he’s toast. How much of that rubs off to conspirators in terms of sentencing?

If it’s a jury trial, things could get complicated. Especially if the jury is pulled from eastern Oregon.

Again, zero time he says since he’ll be sprung because of the great work he did. And his wife says he’ll be sprung because he’ll be sprung because Court of Public Opinion says he’s totally awesome. So zero time either way.

Prosecutors will find an advantageous venue.

“Je ne regrette rien,” Mr. Bundy also added, after learning that “Malheur” is French.

Can’t he just call the county sheriff and have him use his Constitutional authority to be released?

Yeh, but with all that home schoolin’ he’s got to use his finger and say the words out loud, so it takes a while.
