The chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, Roy Moore, on Friday was suspended for the remainder of his term for ordering judges not to grant marriage licenses to gay couples.

Suspended??? How many bites at the apple does this fucker get for ignoring the Constitution and not doing his damn job. Take away the man’s law license and throw him permanently off the bench for judicial misconduct so he can’t ever run for judge again in an election or be appointed. Take away the man’s robes forever! Judges have to meet certain qualifications and this man on more than one occasion has blown that spectacularly.
And when does dismemberment enter the picture?
So does that mean his seat is up for a new election? Or do they just operate one seat down for however long his term is?
