Discussion: After GCHQ Wiretapping Charge, Andrew Napolitano Disappears From Fox

The self-centeredness of Trump on this is really head-spinning.

Too bad he can’t take the rest of Fox News with him and disappear.

This is totally unfair, he was peddling a conspiracy theory like he’s been doing for years, and Fox News management loved the ratings that he brought. That idiot Trump pick up and ran with it, and embarrassed the nation internationally by referring to it, is certainly not Napolitano’s fault.

Is FNC really going to require that whatever is said on air is true and verifiable? Pretty soon the only one left would be Shep Smith and a couple others.

Murdoch’s fingerprints are all over this decision to “disappear” Napolitano. Since that fatfuck Ailes left and Ole Rupe is running things, he can’t be pleased that his network is implicated in helping PeePee look like the idiot conspiracy nut he is.

Can we get Tweeto Cheeto a show on Fox, too?

Then after a day or so of making wildly delusional statements, Donnie could disappear too?

So people can go on Fox News and accuse a Democratic president of treason day and night until Hell won’t have it without any evidence, but make an unsubstantiated allegation against a ally, and that gets you bounced?

Good to know.

Just like with Billy Bush, the party that did the real damage goes unpunished while the lesser of two evils disappears.

@austin_dave Delusion. If anyone but PotUS behaved that way he would be referred to a mental health expert.

Trump as a pathetic performance art president.

Live (politically) by peddling conspiracy theories,

Learn to consume without any skepticism any conspiracy theory that makes you look good,

Frighten your staff enough that they feed you conspiracy theory news that will make you feel better (slipping it into your morning “reading”),

Tweet your potential political death by the conspiracy theory.

And may the rest of the twits in congress note:
That Trump stink don’t wash off.
You really what to tie that anchor to your career?

I wonder if we’re going to be reading in the history books about this, assuming of course history will continue, that these years saw the high-water mark where right-wing political entertainment grew so powerful and influential that its fundamentally nonsensical, hysterical culture and viewpoints caused enough chaos and destruction in the real world to bring down a President and a party.

It took D.C. Stephenson’s rape, attempted cannibalism, and eventual murder of a white woman to derail the KKK in the 1920s. If the fever swamp is drained by anything short of a nuclear war it will be a miracle.

On Friday, Trump said during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel that “we said nothing” about the article, aside from Spicer reading it aloud. “You should be talking to Fox,” he told a journalist who asked about Napolitano’s charge.

There is this story in WaPo. You know things are bad when you’re glad a foreign reporter gets kudos for shaming the U.S. prez.

These people do not know how far they can GO…they lie and lie and lie again. They see their ‘friends’ lie and nothing happens. Or it’s SLOW to happen. So they lie. FINALLY something hits the wall and ‘nobody saw it coming’. Lord.
