As a sign of just how much trouble Trump is in, I understand from insiders that the Trump University stuff, as damaging as it is, is really considered pregame material by the DNC and Clinton campaignsâsomething to pass the time until the main event.
Theyâre also shocked at how Trump has basically wasted the weeks between clinching the GOP nomination and now, when heâs had the field to himself and Clinton was still fighting a two-front war.
Iâm not so sure the âcrookedâ line is such a good line, especially when thereâs proof that you paid of a state AG in order to avoid a lawsuit and bragged about paying politicians for favors.
And the play for Sanders supporters? If any Sanders supporter goes for Trump, they were not a Sanders supporter. All of their screaming about âoligarchsâ and whatnot, theyâre going to hitch their wagon to a self-styled oligarchâs horse? Thinkin it ainât ever gonna happen.

I was listening to this as I drove home. You could hear him veering off the TelePrompTer road (for example, I donât think âbiglyâ is an English word) and then landing back on the asphalt (complete sentences, reasonable statements, etc.). He promised a big speech attacking the Clintons Monday.
Another lie from the mouth of Trump. I expect (and fervently hope) his supporters will be very, very let down next November.
I can believe that Trump U is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of nightmares coming Trumpâs way.

What I think is really funny is that Nails, who had this big olâ war chest and was supposed to be the Repubican nominee, has disappeared. Instead, they went with a Conspiracy Freak who is going to get his ass beaten like a gong in five months.
Since politics is usually a nut-cutting affair, I see President Obama, seconds after Hillary Clinton has won, calling a special session of Congress and announcing he is withdrawing the Garland nomination. The Democrats would be instructed not to clap and while Obama stood their grinning, the horrified silence in the room would be so total that you would actually be able to HEAR the sound of Republicans shitting their pants.
The only real question here is the Republicans have gerrymandered the House into a political fortress. We are going to get the Senate. Will the Republicans now have to ACTUALLY pour money into races to keep the House too?

But will the loud (though hopefully minority) segment of Sanders supporters now step back and realize that when Trump is aping your rhetoric, you might want to consider the validity of your premises.
