I’m not at all worried about their professional failures. I’m mildly amused by the notion that their malfeasance may well net them some seriously expensive consequences. And I feel that it’s important for my nation that Rudes and Ms. Kracken get to enjoy the fruits of their labors, and that everyone comes to understand how badly those two fscked up.

Not in court, no, not much. But a couple of hours of squirming under oath is a small price to pay for all the damage you can do with constant lying to gullible morons. How many people are careful to be moderately sure what they’re saying is at least partly factual? About 15 percent, maybe?
