Deutsche Bank Provided NY Prosecutors With Trump’s Financial Records

Inflating assets on loan documents = bank fraud

Bank fraud got Al Capone 17 years in prison…
One can only hope that Tax + Bank fraudster gets more!

RICO would also be great for that crime family!

I’m still imagining how Vance took Sekulow to the woodshed.

(Laugh, laugh, laugh, laugh)

It was for Manafort.

Hush money? No, your honor we’re investigating fraud.

(Sekulow makes noise like a squeaky balloon.)

Trust me, if we had a source of big money from any source whatsoever, we would not be living as humbly as we do…

A guy down the block is building a reproduction 18th century French villa (lot backs up to the Rhine) – small fortune in gardener’s fees (palliered trees etc.) and all the fancy fittings. We found out from other neighbors that the guy won the lottery – twice. Then sold his company. And now playing Louis XV in his villa.

More likely he’s getting my payments, haha.

Uh-huh. Or you’re just smart about it, not living openly beyond the means that you allegedly are limited to.

And funneling lots of cash to build a reproduction 18th century French villa down the street where the “owner” claims he won the lottery-- twice.

And then there’s Mark Sumner’s take on this morning’s announcement.

there are other possibilities. Just two weeks ago, the Department of Homeland Security was caught lying in order to block access to travel programs for citizens of New York. It may not be as much fun, but James’ announcement may relate to this matter, or to other actions by ICE or DHS.

Yet another shiny object. I’m not getting my hopes up. Well. Not ever again really. Wow. Sad.

You know, as soon as I posted that it crossed my mind that this would be your response.

You’re getting too predictable, troy. Gotta shake up your act a bit – getting lazy and complacent is how they catch the spies and crooks,

Not that you are. Just sayin’…

Well, I was going to say that you made your family fortune by collecting tolls from commuters wanting to cross the Ludendorff bridge…

And over in New York State’s prosecutorial arm…

NY AG Letitia James will make a “major” announcement at 11:30 Eastern today. HMMMMM???

DB assumed no risk as those loans were back by Russian/Ukrainian oligarchs.

She’s resigning to spend more time with her family.

So Manhattan DA is leaking that they already have information that is damning.
What are the chances this info was presented to the judge under seal for the subpoena case?

If Vance is playing chess in the name of justice, he could be letting Bully Barr know that if he goes ahead with his Durham October surprise that Vance has one of his own.

Yes, according to everything I’ve read they just acted as “middleman” for some mighty shady dealing…

Bet Loser Donnie is on the phone with a shit-ton of oligarchs and Uncle Pootie today.

They may decide his usefulness is at an end and cut him free.

What you call “professional” I call a cowardly elevation of career goals and professional codes over the truly decent action needed to save America and the world from the Trump horror show.

Well, this just go interesting.

It is probable that this is basically just over Chump inflating prices of properties when trying to get loans, and deflating the price when paying taxes?

Does anyone have proof that this is bigger than that? I mean the guy illegally laundered a billion dollars of property, probably, for worldwide criminals. It seems to me this is such weak sauce, if I am correct that it is simply about Chump fudging some mundane numbers. How can someone as stupid as Chump keep all of his money laundering and other highly criminal activities so well hidden that all they can find is him fudging some loan papers?

That’s a perjury trap: Donnie’s constitutionally incapable of telling the truth.
