I wouldn’t get too excited about this. It’s damn certain those records were cleaned up and the worst stuff not submitted. DB has had nearly 4 years to clean up those records. You’d have to be extremely naive to think they did not or that they fear any consequences for falsifying by omission.
The next presser should deliver some pretty spicy exchanges, if only for gaslighting Trump.
As soon as it becomes part of a civil or criminal proceeding (rather than just a grand jury investigation) evidence is presumed to be public record, isn’t it? It can be sealed under extraordinary circumstances, but that seal can be opposed by either side, and challenged by third parties such as new organizations…
