Watched the Impeachment Managers rebuttal of the lies told by dotards lawyers on a CBS video at MSN. Schiff and Nadler just devastated the lies and lack of evidence in the lawyers opening presentation. They have nothing but shocking right wing bubble conspiracy theories and attempted smears against the witnesses who dared testify and the managers who put together such a compelling, air tight case. As Mr. Kurtz pointed out all the GOPer lawyers need to do is not fumble the ball on the way to their predetermined victory. But they can’t even do that. The dotards lawyers are the reason people have such a bad opinion of lawyers in general. Obfuscation 101 was Murkowski’s favorite class in law school.

I think it was an unforced error for them to point out Dems have no first-hand witnesses, when the only reason for that is their unprecedented obstruction of Congress. This inadvertently puts the pressure on Mitch to allow witnesses to appear and documents to be produced. He won’t, but Democrats are gleefully taking full advantage in the media.

The Bidens’ guilt, even if proven, is completely irrelevant to the counts against the President. It wouldn’t matter if there was a Hunter Biden pee tape! The Dems should stipulate that such a tape exists in questioning, and ask Sekulow how Hunter Biden wrong-doing in any way exonerates the President from the abuse of power or obstruction of Congress.
