OF COURSE… the will mostly ignore it. They will in NO WAY do what Gym Jordan, James Comer, and the other MAGAts would have done had this happened under Biden. WAKE me up IF democratic leadership ever grows a spine.
Democrats lack committee chairmanships and an enormous media apparatus dedicated to spreading their PR and propaganda. But that does not make them powerless.

With bonuses estimated to make up 2–3% of Skadden’s $3.27B revenue, shifting resources could directly impact associate pay. Skadden already commits 3% of its hours to pro bono under the Pro Bono Institute Challenge, typically covering a wide range of causes. Now, resources may be redirected toward politically charged efforts, limiting the scope of work associates can choose from.
Btw, about 51% of revenue goes to bonuses for approx 1800 attorneys.

The Trump administration has sent a letter to some large companies in the EU warning them to comply with an executive order banning diversity, equity and inclusion programmes.
The letter, sent by the American embassy in Paris and others around the EU, said that Donald Trump’s executive order applied to companies outside the US if they were a supplier or service provider to the American government, according to three people familiar with the matter.
According to Les Échos, the letter concluded: “If you do not agree to sign this document, we would be grateful if you could kindly provide us with detailed reasons, which we will forward to our legal department.”
