DC Cir, just rejected en banc rehearing 8-3. Both Trumpie judges (Roa and Katsas) and one Bush judge, Henderson, voted to rehear, the other 8 members of the court voted not to.
So off to the Supreme’s. Trump needs 4 votes there for review + 5 votes for a stay, otherwise his taxes will be talking shortly.

So, Jim Jordan’s mind (I use the word loosely): what do you think? It is hard to try to connect with a mind like that. Is he knowledgable and understanding but remarkably energetic and consistent at lying? Or is he indeed profoundly clueless? I think those are the only options, and he might function as a combo. If the latter (clueless) dominates, he is basically insane. If the former, he is a pathological liar.
