Dem Trolls Jim Jordan: ‘President Trump Is Welcome To Take A Seat Right There’

Yes, eight judges rejected Trump’s argument, including a Republican appointee.

…Who only went along because it was a foregone conclusion, to uphold the myth that the Judicial Branch isn’t an un-elected partisan group of politicians.

Mine too! I always thought he was a nice non-confrontational man. Just shows what Jordan can bring out in people.

The Republican appointee who voted to reject Trump’s argument today was the Senate’s chief legal counsel during the Clinton impeachment trial and, in that role, impressed many, including me, with his intellectual honesty.

When Bush subsequently nominated him to the federal bench, a number of Democrats voted to confirm, including two who soon became President and Vice President, respectively.

So Democrats do dumb things. That’s news why?

This is why we keep losing, because we think people are working for the greater good.

People build their own realities - we all do. A couple hits of acid and everything would be crystal clear.

Dude was on top of his game. Owning Gym this way totally poisoned that argument, and Dems need to cash in on ot drawing attention to Trump being too cowardly to testify. Now THAT is a drum I can get on board with beating. Testify or STFU. YOUR MOVE, ORANGINA.

Yeah. I remember when they claimed Obama hated America because he didn’t wear a US flag pin on his lapel. Well, this fucker doesn’t even have a lapel!

That is the Age Old question about republicans and conservatives. The answer is some are absolute idiots, and the ones who are controlling the idiot’s strings are quite knowledgable in the science of lies and propaganda, and theft. And nowadays, treason!

Treason is the new GOP. Trump tried and almost succeeded in stoping the aid to Ukraine. If he’d succeeded, Russia would have taken them over. I hope that is reiterated and emphasized every day of the hearings.

I guess Syria was a sort of consolation prize to Putin and his Turkish pals. They just had to commit genocide somewhere.

With this bunch of reprobates, I think the more accurate thing to do is figure out which of Hitler’s henchman they most match up with. IMHO Jim Jordan lines up well with Herman Goering. Loves the spot light, talks up a storm, pretends to be a social fun guy, but gits angry quickly, argues loudly, and not so smart… The only things that do not fit are that Goering liked good clothes and unlike Gym was not a self-hating closet case.

“I’m not even sure," Jordan said. “I don’t know why.”
then,
Jordan says he doesn’t wear a jacket when in committee, because “I get fed up at these witnesses who, I think, aren’t being square with me or my colleagues and, more important, the American people. I can’t really get fired up and get into it if you’ve got some jacket slowing you down.”

Basically, he disrespects everyone before he even meets them. The Gym “I see nothing” Jordan way.

So, basically a child molester?

So, is he “building his reality” (remarkably divorced from, you know, reality, but without, as far as we know, pharmacological intervention), or is he a pathological liar-mofo? Certainly he wears “pathological liar-mofo” on his sleeve. I think his adopted aggressive pose is custom made to hide his hollowness. In other words, he knows he is an empty shell. A very sick individual.

Personally, since he’s wrestling with the truth, I think he should wear his wrestling get-up.

From WaPo: https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/2019/11/13/love-dignity-civility-jim-jordan-put-jacket/

When he got into the ring for his second round, Jordan was speaking so fast that he was swallowing his words. It was an “invesgashun," not an investigation. “It didn’t happen! You had to be wrong,” he yelled at Taylor. It was a double accusation, not a statement of fact. It was a jab and then an uppercut. One could practically see the foamy sweat of pugilism dripping from Jordan’s brow. Taylor was resolutely nonplussed.

When his fellow Republicans put Jordan in for a third round, he skipped the questions altogether and just delivered a monologue on the injustice of the entire proceeding.

The congressman had come to pummel the witnesses, not to interrogate them. It doesn’t matter whether any of his punches landed or whether his opponent fought back. The man in the shirtsleeves was prepared to shadowbox to the death.

No kidding. But the GOP contingent’s behavior was wholly, as former CIA director Brennan put it, “shameful, shameful.”

I had been looking forward to this day, but in the end I was outta there in a couple of hours because of the disgusting performance of Nunes and the rest. It was easier to watch the recaps presented by MSNBC.
