I don’t know if Columbia University is “liberal” or “conservative” but if Donald J. Trump’s behavior is what counts as “conservative” I would expect they would be proud to be called liberal.
As to the rest, all America knows that while Trump played golf and pretended to be king he dithered for weeks. Acting during those weeks could have saved many, many lives. The disgrace is Trump’s.

He’s just doing damage control. Think of how many Trump University graduates are going to decide not to pursue their graduate studies at Columbia now that their wise Leader has exposed this fake study! Everyone at Columbia is clearly shaking in their boots.
FWIW, the study implies that Cuomo and deBlasio should also have acted sooner. Pretty much everyone except Inslee and Newsome and the local officials in Seattle and the Bay Area were late.
