Georgia Republicans do not seem responsive to big corporations, they only responsive to the religious right and redneck vote. They have punished Delta in the past. They know Delta is going nowhere.

I’ll find ways to fly through other hubs than Atlanta. Delta had better start turning the screws on them.

Coke…Classically late to the game.

Duly noted.

“This is frankly just a step backwards.”

As we all have been saying. The coke is out of the bottle. These racist creeps can try, they may even win a few battles, but they will. not. win. this war.

I totally agree. I think Biden’s coattails will show up in '22. I think it’s going to be a really good, maybe great, midterm election.

OT
Rita Hart dropping her challenge for House seat:

Despite our best efforts to have every vote counted , the reality is that the toxic campaign of political disinformation to attack this constitutional review of the closest congressional contest in 100 years has effectively silenced the voices of Iowans. It is a stain on our democracy that the truth has not prevailed and my hope for the future is a return to decendy and civility.

I wish Mariannette Miller-Meeks all the best as she serves the people of this great state as Congresswoman.

I like to go into these things with the firm belief that losing is not an option.

So the Democrat bowed out.

Why does it seem we’re the ones to leave the playing field? Was there really no chance that those votes would favor the Dem?

Exactly on point. How many Democratic lawmakers in GA State government even saw the final draft before it was voted on in both houses and signed into law the same day.

What a crock of shit statement, Kemp.

If Kemp says Coca Cola Delta Airlines was informed of the law’s pending content, then that should be FOIA-able information. Would be interesting to call his bluff and see just what those communications look like.

[Edit to correct reference of Coca Cola to Delta Airlines instead]

She said she would win by nine votes if the ballots that were improperly thrown out were counted. But I think Democrats bowed out because of the accusation of cheating Republicans were going to smear them with.

And now beholden to the Republican/Right Wing Media machine, she’ll need to file a name change to correct the spelling of her 1st name to “Marionette”

Yawn. What people don’t seem to understand is that we should be boycotting these corporations and GA anyway unless and until GA changes the law.

Take your words and shove them up your pee hole with a pipe cleaner, champ. Words are wind. Move your fucking business out of GA if you don’t want to do business under threat of boycotts.
