CO Sec Of State: Let’s Not Take Voting Advice From POTUS Who Asks For Foreign Election Meddling

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D) torched President Donald Trump on Monday in the face of his crusade against voting by mail, which he falsely claims jeopardizes election security, given that he’s openly encouraged countries like China and Russia to get involved in U.S elections on his behalf.

“I would just say we shouldn’t take election advice from someone who has invited foreign interference into our elections.”

I don’t know who coined this phrase, but it is the best I have heard on this subject!

This Wapo article is akin to Trump hitting a person over the head with a baseball bat then offering to drive them to the hospital.

Most of the economic wreckage, higher than necessary COVID deaths and the destruction of the Postal Service is all self-inflicted damage that is not cured by another four years of The Orange One.

And I would just say we shouldn’t take election advice from someone who has invited foreign interference into our elections,” she added.

Yes! And it’s really that simple, and yet, I have still to see anyone in the media frame it that way.

My favorite Griswold since Griswold v. Connecticut.

“The President’s attacks aren’t really about the security of the election or drop boxes,” Griswold told MSNBC anchor Katy Tur. “They’re about trying to drive down confidence in our elections.” “And I would just say we shouldn’t take election advice from someone who has invited foreign interference into our elections,” she added. […] “Unfortunately, the President is doing everything he can to undermine confidence and take away the people’s right to vote,” she said.

OH, HELL YES!!! Well said! More of this!!

Speaking about taking bad advice. The freakin My Pillow guy is pushing some crank treatment for the Coronavirus.

“Oleandrin is an extract from the plant Nerium oleander. The raw oleander plant is highly toxic, and consumption of it can be fatal.“

“He described the President’s response toward the extract as “enthusiastic.” Somehow the traveling medicine show proprietors in the 1800’s had more credibility.

“I say, old chap, it appears the doddering dotard has found the hornet’s nest.”

“Yes. Yes, I believe you’re right. Odd, isn’t it, how slow he moves?”

“It could be due to his phantom bone spurs. I understand they come and go.”

"Really!? Another Sipsmith and tonic?

If I want voting advice I will call Putin.
POTUS is only following orders.

I heard about this yesterday, and checked the website of the ‘biotech’ company behind this snake oil, I mean product. It is run by a bunch of marketing and BD guys. Not what one would expect from a biotechnology start up.

Re-electing Trump would a suicide pact for America.

This scene would be about a dozen murders into making the place great again.

“BTW, old bean, if you don’t mind me asking - where did you get that accent?”

"Eaton, old sausage!"

“Well, then I might suggest that you give up eatin’ old sausage!”

And I suggest that Trump and Lindell take a substantial dose of this new “snake oil.”

She should come sit over here by me and Ms. Roosevelt Longworth.
…Unless she’s busy running a free and fair election, in which case, I hope she persists.
