Do we know which State Bank of Egypt this was? One of the biggest questions about Mueller’s investigation that was never answered is which foreign government business they subpoenaed at the end of 2018 that caused an entire floor of a court building to be shut down? I still think it was the UAE Sovereign Wealth fund Mubadala. I remember hearing the business was 100% owned by the foreign government and that usually only applies to Sovereign wealth funds.

Ever since the Eisenhower administration, there has not been ONE single Republican President that was not impeachable for one reason or another. Nixon fled ahead of a subpoena and sure impeachment. GHWB should have answered for the Savings and Loan debacle and his foreign affairs chicanery. Reagan for sure should have stood trial for the Iran/Contra scandal, starting with his deal with Iran to hold the hostages until he was in the WH to take credit for their release.
Then there was GWB/Cheney…where to even start? But this bunch in the WH now is the absolute nadir of Republicanism.

Sounds like Job 1 for the new AG. The new Sec. of State (Susan Rice ??) can tell the Egyptians that she will let Israel take anything they want to from the Nile River valley unless the give the DoJ the bank records they stiff-armed Mueller about. Same for the Turks and the Saudis. Oil is not nearly as important to the USA as it once was, but integrity and eliminating double-dealing must be a priority.

Makes you think that Mueller was either in on it, or too old and tired to really sort out the obvious corruption. In any case, he went from a genuine America hero to just another GOP bum in the eyes of many.

I am sure that what he owes to all the world’s bad actors has been refinanced, securitized, redispersed til there is probably no criminal, state or private, that doesn’t have a piece of him in their retirement plan somewhere.

Speaking of crooks: the website for the Keep America Great PAC is displaying a banner that says it has been shut down by the FBI.
I don’t know what the fraudulent activity was - in support of trump, or skimming off $ from trump supporters.
Added: the section of US code refers to the government’s right to seize tangible and intangible property after a conviction for certain crimes.
