The ratings are high because everyone is scared shitless for their lives and is hoping desperately that amidst all the posturing and ass-kissing they’ll announce the adherence to one or two of the screamingly obvious policies that other countries have implemented months ago. This actually happened yesterday with the abandonment of the NY quarantine farce and the extension of the shelter-in-place to April 30.
