Just hours after former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski said, under intense pressure from Democratic committee attorney Barry Berke, that he is under “no obligation to have a candid conversation with the media,” CNN booked him on the morning show.
The guy should be blacklisted from all media outlets. Why give him a platform to lie and insult them to their faces? His admission that he lies to them when on should be brought up every time his upcoming paid campaign ads hit the air.
This is another example of why I quit watching CNN years ago. Not journalism, but . . . .I don’t have a word for it.
Lewandowski’s claims that he has “no obligation to be honest” will make an outstanding campaign bumper sticker for Senatorial campaign. What a total waste of carbon he is.
We’ve spent enough energy on Lewandowski. Let him rot. His 15 minutes of fame are over.
Of course they booked him. Nonsensical nothing theater is the hallmark of these networks. And why not give this guy who acts like every dad thrown out of a little league game park a crate to stand on so he can impress the 37% of New Hampshire voters who hear this sort of dog whistle quite clearly and say, I’d like this fellow to represent me in the United States Senate. Of course CNN, MSNBC and Fox and others will put him on. It helps them sell Dodge trucks, Sunsetter awnings and boxes people can poop in and send in the mail to find out if they’ve got the colon cancer. Any sane individual would look away from any of these networks should they appear in their line of vision. But sane is in short supply.
Any news station that puts him on air for any length of time is admitting that they are run by the entertainment division. Straight up. What they might gain in sheer “eyeballs” they lose in every bit of respect. You might as well be watching Dancing with the Stars.

Normally, family members would be looking for help with their unbalanced and delusional relatives. But at times that family member slips away despite their best efforts. Off scheduled medication and care, he or she end up wandering the streets, raising a fist to the air and barking nonsense to the wind, scaring nearby drivers and pedestrians.
Pretty much all TV/Cable news is garbage these days. Stick to written and/or radio news. Both are far, far better.
I’ll spare the all-caps, but sometimes I feel like shouting this…
Just because trump attacks them does NOT mean CNN is good, or run in a sane manner.

CNN has Kellyanne Conway on almost every day. It’s not as if they’re capable of learning anything.
With 24 hour news, some of it has to be created.

Why I don’t watch CNN.
So here we are learning that honesty, integrity and all the other values we were all taught by out parents are not only unimportant but a genuine impediment to be avoided at all costs. This must truly be the end of all that I was taught by my father and mother to hold dear. All the ethics classes mean nothing. No one has any obligation to tell the truth.
To think that during my career as a lawyer on several occasions I lost sleep wrestling with the best way to make my client’s case within its basic truth. I could have spared myself all that worry by simply lying my ass off.
