I hope both these judges have good security in place.
This could get very interesting.
bottom-line question: is this the government essentially defending its conviction?
If Trump who was the one to fire Flynn is that keen on his innocence why doesn’t he just pardon him. There really must be some interesting points that are in Flynns testimony that Trump and Barr do not want to see the light of day.
Trump: Who knew scrapping a prosecution was so complicated?
Off Topic.
He doesn’t see the irony, does he?
Trump will melt his tweet machine over this development.
Keep the balls in the air until after Biden is elected then put the traitor away.
So did Flynn lie when he pleaded guilty , under oath, to lying or did he lie when he said he is in fact innocent of lying? What a puzzle. But in either case still a liar!
There is one issue in this whole saga:
Did Flynn commit a crime by lying to the FBI or did the FBI commit a crime by catching Flynn lying.
“Lyin’ fer the lard!”
This sounds like how I’d write a project plan i.e. I may not know specifically what needs to be done but I can say generally what needs to be done.
This is high-level overview and then the details get filled in.
No. This is Judge Sullivan getting someone else to do the job Bill Barr just abandoned.
Holy crap, that is the least self-aware Tweet of all time.
gotcha, thanks.
So he’s “drive by shooting” the Trump administration as an “authoritarian regime” because it failed so miserably on coronavirus???
This is great. I see it as Judge Sullivan keeping his options regarding Flynn open until November or so to check Barr from taking a tire-iron to the whole Russian conspiracy issue that Trump is anxious to flip on its head.
He’s probably waiting as anxiously for a DoJ with integrity, and one that will truly uphold the law as we are.
