Sadly TSF does not know Customs and Border Protection has existed since legislation signed by George Washington. They deal with tariffs along with border security. But trump thinks he needs a whole duplicate outfit doing “external taxing”.

It will be a long four years. She reiterated the fact that she is a Trumpster and no one will stop her. If she was given a question she didn’t ‘like’ it was either ‘gotcha’ or ‘hypothetical’…of which they were neither. She used her FOX NEWS ‘I am INDIGNANT’ that the DEMOCRATS would ask that several times. It was distasteful but these people do not care.

I realized today that I just can’t listen to any of the DC Democratic leaders speak any more. This especially applies to Joe Biden and any of the DC Senators. I think for that reason, despite everything, I’m looking forward to the inauguration. I admire a lot about Joe Biden. And I don’t blame him solely, or particularly, for what has happened. I will own that at the time I thought he was doing a good job. And I thought the same about our DC Senators. But we all failed to recognize what our number one job was. We all failed to respond to the insurrection with focus and vigor. And so when Biden speaks about the dangers of oligarchy it just reminds me of his awful decision to run again; and of how we failed to see his frailty coming on; and how many people in DC were screaming about perils to democracy and at the same time running on autopilot and allowing the GOP to walk all over them. Given their record, they simply can’t mount the vigorous opposition we need and their ‘warnings’ don’t help; they just make us all feel weaker.
