That’s what I wondered, if there is a need to fast track it so he can be pardoned while Trump is still hanging on to the White House? If so the guilty please will start coming “fast and furious.”

Yeah…I don’t see any reason Trump would give this guy a gift like that. He’s going to be obsessive-compulsive laser-focused on the impeachment and desperately trying to abuse his power and DOJ to counter everything with ridiculous accusations against the DNC, the Clintons and Biden…probably Obama too.

A Federal Elections Commission filing in April indicated no individual donors gave to Collins in the first quarter of 2019.

This. And I’ll repeat my prediction of months ago, he’ll trade his resignation from congress for no jail time.
