The whole administration is like a bad boss—imagine one of your choosing—who orders staff to do something, and if some brave soul says “But how can we if we don’t have this and that or the other…” and the boss yells, “Just do it!” and that’s the end of the planning session. No SWOT, no decision tree, no working on the bottlenecks. Just do it.
