“Mississippi and West Virginia are pushing outright elimination of the state income tax…”

Gotta say – it’s not just scientists who are concerned! This right here – my biggest fear about COVID. Seems like the entire world needs to help get Brazil vaccinated, stat.

Mississippi and West Virginia are pushing outright elimination of the state income tax, with legislators around the country tying the push to the Biden stimulus bill.

Eliminating state income taxes makes a lot of sense for the states third and fourth most dependent on federal funding. Who needs tax revenues when you can leech off everyone else?

Please see, “welfare”; also “boot straps.”

“There’s a fundamental difference between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats value as many people as possible voting, and they’re aware that there are heaps of empirical evidence to show that there is little to no risk of fraud actually changing the outcome of elections. Republicans are more intent on drumming up fear of fraud in support of security measures that won’t let people who are not Republican vote because, in their opinion, everybody shouldn’t be voting.”

Sounds as if Biden actually learned a thing or two from the “bipartisan” miscues of Obama.

Yes. The one practiced at my house. Legumes, legumes, vegetables, legumes. Repeat. Rip seat.

He’s definitely into the veggies and legumes.

For Kavanagh to assume all folks who vote are informed shows how uniformed he is.

If their copy editor OK’d “omitting bodily gasses,” I don’t believe them.

I still consider it best practice to avoid the vapors. Can’t hurt anything!

That the Repubs aren’t embarrassed about faux-worrying about fraud after the previous administration and the behavior of their party since the election proves that they are in need of a severe intervention.
