I am confused, she moved from Houston to where? Or to Houston.
Houston humidity always added 10 miles to my speed when leaving to go home. I am not sure if I had been pulled over if that wouldnāt have been considered a justified reason for exceeding the limit.

Itās kind of ironic that Biden is much better positioned to take advantage of the additional Executive Branch powers Trump sought, and ultimately received from SCOTUS. Because heās smart, savvy, experienced, and has an immensely better team on board.

Sorry - her husband was transferred from Houston to Midland/Odessa last year. Last summer was the usual West Texas heat with not enough rain. The storms seem to have moved away from us now, but everything is still growing like crazy. The yard was knee-deep in weeds 4 days after mowing.
I think the last time we had a lot of rain like this was 2007.

Ironically, the last time I was in California was in the San Francisco area. This was in the 90s. The area was suffering epic rain, flooding in the north with houses heading down river, blow outs of mud from the ravines with people blown off the road. Good times.

I remember those rains (Iām a San Franciscan) and it was likely occurring due to the El Nino effect. We have something quite different now, a drought and suggestions, which could become orders, on how to conserve water.

Were you around for the Oakland Hills fire? Had a ring side seat from NAS Alameda. There were burnt eucalyptus leaves falling and the fire was miles away.

Yep, we have had this issue this season as well. Usually by now I mow every three weeks or so. Right now it is rotation between front and back weekly to keep up.
