Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is planning an announcement of his vice presidential pick midweek, people briefed on the selection process said on Monday.
Along with Whitmer, some of the strongest competitors for the slot have been Senators Kamala Harris (CA) and Elizabeth Warren (MA) as well as Susan Rice, former national security adviser to President Barack Obama. Biden and his team have also closely considered Senator Tammy Duckworth (IL) Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (NM) and Representatives Karen Bass (CA) and Val Demings (FL).
Anyone of the above mentioned is way better than Fake Christian Pence!
Then again, so is a ball-peen hammer. Not to take anything away from these experienced, competent and intelligent women.
Let’s just get it done! We need to move on.
So disappointed there’s no mention of the amazing Stacy Abrams.
Let’s just all agree, whoever Joe picks of the many qualified candidates, we need you to vote for Joe and her.
The alternative is too horrendous to consider.

I’m not going to hold my breath while waiting for this, because frankly I.Do.Not.Care. He’s got my vote. My one concern is that he NOT pick a Democratic Senator from a state controlled by a Republican Governor, because if the Democrats do not regain control of the Senate, then the fucking Republican assholes will constantly undermine the recovery of the nation in their vindictive attempts to make Joe a one term POTUS.
We must have Democratic control of the Senate. We must appoint many Liberal judges. Joe and his team are going to have to put in place an enormous agenda to be processed in parallel to “correct everything” and they are going to have to implement it fast, because the ship of state has been floundering on the rocks for more than 3.5 years now. Joe’s transition team is going to have to pull much more weight than any previous transition team, and Congress is going to need to pass more legislation in a shorter period of time than I’ve seen in my lifetime. I hope he has many exceptional people and many well-coordinated exceptional managers, because the tasks ahead are daunting and time is of the essence.
