Biden campaign workers and former Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis filed two lawsuits on Thursday alleging that they were harassed by members of a “Trump Train” while driving through Texas last year.

The Trump supporters listed in the lawsuit include: Eliazar Cisneros, Hannah Ceh, Joeylynn Mesaros, Robert Mesaros and other unnamed defendants — many of whom were identified through their social media posts of the incident that showed their license plate numbers
They make it so easy its negligent to not sue or prosecute.

I remember watching this incident on video last summer and was shocked no citations were apparently issued for such dangerous and reckless driving at high rates of speed on an interstate highway.
Thank goodness for the civil lawsuit, but, in my opinion, they should have been criminally prosecuted.

That’s in part why the local Klan Chapter, I mean Police Department, is also being sued.
But as NYT would say, Biden said “Big Fucking Deal” once, y’all.
Beyond the fact that law enforcement did nothing during the incident, where was the track down and charging of the offenders post incident? Or am I asking another one of those questions that in Texas is just the wind whispering in from the west.
