I hope Rudy and the Looney Toons Gang don’t like having money very much. It’s gonna be gone in sixty seconds.

Cha-ching! Billing faucets are turning on all over DC. Those attorneys not subpoenaed or not under actual indictment are happy tonight.

Sounds like they’re going right to the top to establish the falsity of Fox’s election claims. I assume each of these witnesses will testify that they looked into claims of Dominion malfeasance and found that they were not true. Of course, Dominion still has to prove that Fox made the statements about Dominion with knowledge that they were untrue, or with reckless disregard for their truth or falsity. Internal documents will probably cover that prong pretty nicely.

Fox News is screwed.

Dominion’s gonna devour Fox funds faster than Bill Barr at the rib station on Golden Corral’s “All You Can Eat Tuesday”.

Is this a case that could go to the SCOTUS and survive (favoring DVS)?

I don’t think he’ll be able to blow this off nearly as easily as the Gang That Couldn’t Shoot Straight blew off the Congressional subpoenas.

Discovery should be a delight.

Hope it costs that network every dime it took in from the MyPillow ads.

And all the rest of them too.

Bankrupt the bastards.

Absolutely. This is not an iffy case – it’s textbook defamation. And if Fox holds true to form, it will settle up 'round about the time its witnesses are set to go under oath.

I went to a country restaurant in Des Moines that had a sign advertising an “all you can eat” ribs night. I asked our waitress what that was like and she just said, plainly, ”It’s absolutely disgusting. I hate working that night.”

A very deserving group of people.

Pretty sure his “it was all bullshit” testimony might end up costing Fox a billion or or so.

And couldn’t happen to a better target.

Is it like the ancient Romans who would try and read entrails to predict the future outcome of things?

Reading the tomato splatters for favorable portents?
