So how soon can Biden’s new Attorney General release the unredacted Mueller Report?

I look forward to Biden haranguing him daily via Twitter. Because that’s Presidential, right?

Fire him on day 1 and dare them to complain. That’s what Barr would do.

The appointment is illegal. Durham is not a Special Counsel.

Parallel to boxing Biden in on foreign policy, here is an attempt to maintain a grip on the FBI by making Durham semi-permanent.

Yeah and don’t tell me that Biden’s AG can’t find reasons to fire him.

That his appointment isn’t legal is probably the best one.

Barr’s behavior seems familiar, very GOP.

Additional prosecutions? Has he brought any forward (of significance)?

But Trump can’t tell the difference. This is all to placate the Dotard.

In an Oct. 19 order, obtained by The Associated Press, Barr says Durham is authorized “to investigate whether any federal official, employee or any person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence or law enforcement activities” directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, anyone associated with the campaigns or the Trump administration.

Maybe someone should remind Barr that Biden’s AG can (legally) appoint a special counsel to probe the origin of Durham’s investigation and the events that surrounded its instigation, including all the machinations of Bob Barr. Yippee!

Barr should just learn how to Google the US Code, but I wouldn’t expect him to read the notes and links at law.cornell.

It’s the text of the applicable rule from the Code of Federal Regulations, as it appears in a well-known legal database that does not require any kind of subscription to access.

Durham is partisan racist filth, scum. I shit in his lying racist Republican neo-Nazi face. He is a partisan Republican willing to repeat any lie any innuendo any rumor if it helps his racist friends. He places his party above the law and above the Constitution. Durham belongs in jail for life for breaking the law and for treason.

Biden’s AG should appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Durham’s investigation of the Mueller and Russian investigations. And any FBI or CIA or Justice Dept. employee who covered up Trump’s treason should be prosecuted and locked up.
