Does the law authorizing the AG to appoint a special counsel / special prosecutor explicitly establish where that individual’s office is? Or at what level it’s funded? If “No” to either, on 21 Jan 2021, reduce funding to as low as legally allowed and relocate the office to … hmmn, I wonder where.

Since this is an illegal appointment, my assumption is that the counsel should be removed and be replaced with reputable counsel.

A reputable counsel can then look at it and throw it out.

I’ve been waiting my entire adult life for the Democrats to play hardball. But this time things could be different - I am sure the GOP wants to rid their party Trump without losing his supporters. One such way would be to sit back and watch while the Biden DOJ starts uncovering some Trump related crimes. Fox would probably be on board as well.
