As Trump Heads To UN Meetings This Week, Questions About Ukraine Loom Large | Talking Points Memo

It’ll be an interesting week for President Trump to be at the center of the global stage.

As Trump heads into three jam-packed days of bilateral meetings with world leaders, he’s expected to face questions about new allegations that during a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy he pressured the government to dig up dirt on one of his political opponents, according to the Associated Press.

Not sure he can correctly spell “U.N.”

Think Thanksgiving Dinner. The Delegates are family members.
Trump is the uncle they have to invite.

Ok leaving aside everything else, Our message to world is we are sovereign and independent? So we are just going there to brag about how “bigly” and “strong” we do everything. I hate this presidency. He reminds us that even if he wasn’t completely corrupt, he is also completely ineffective at everything.

But apparently when his advisors think his presence at a particular meeting would be too much of an obvious joke, like a climate change meeting, they stop him from showing up at all. It’s possible that appearing there and claiming to world leaders that the idea of anthropocentric (not that he would possibly use that word or be able to pronounce it if he tried) global warming is a Chinese hoax just might have them all laughing at him, again.

What I’d like to know is how the UN translators handle Trumpese? I’d be curious to hear a re-translation of the incoherent prattle that is a typical Trump speech. Perhaps it explains the curious fascination many on the Indian sub-continent have for this Orange buffoon.

I hope they laugh at him again. They have no obligation to pretend he’s legitimate, or informed, or intelligent, or helpful to anyone besides himself.

In the best of all possible worlds most U.N. leaders would refuse meetings with a Current Occupant who detests unity and believes the only nation worth considering ends at U.S. shores and borders.

In this context talking about “sovereignty” and “independence” is saying, in the heart of the U.N., that we consider its mission worthless, that we reject it. It’s a calculated Miller insult. It’s astonishing how much influence that despicable little punk-ass troll has in global affairs.

I am sure you have seen the video of Miller being booed off the stage at Santa Monica High School when he was a senior there. The same thing is going to happen to him again. Only the stage will be much larger.

Spanky is actually appearing in a dunk tank in the General Assembly. The foreign leader who puts him in the water wins $100 million in direct aid.

What’s also astonishing is that Miller alone, other than the offspring, has managed to last in this mal-administration. I think he may be the only one. He is the distillation of Spanky’s darkness, without the beautiful hair and great personal charm.

Hope he sees that Weld fellow saying TREASON a couple times before he gets ready to “speak” about anything. The more gibberish the better at this point. The more he demonstrates that he’s an unhinged despot, the better it gets for the no-primaries Party of Treason. Hey lizard handlers, let the boy do his thing!

I’m amazed anyone even attends his speech. If they got up, en masse, and walked out after 'greetings ’ and said they did so because they knew that’s when the lies would start, Trumpelthinskin would be tweeting with fury 30 seconds after his speech to an empty room finished.

They may have to invite him but they don’t have to LISTEN to him.
