The election-night exchanges between Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows on Nov. 3, 2020, read like any other conversation between a campaign stakeholder and his ally in a battleground state.
I’m sure you have heard of this proposal. It is to encourage the state legislatures to appoint a look doors in the various states where there’s been shenanigans. If I understand right most of those states have Republican Legislature’s. It seems to be comport with glorified Bush as well as the Constitution.

On January 17, 2021, Ralph Norman (R-SC 5th district) calls on Trump to invoke “Marshall Law”. Now he tries to hide behind his poor spelling abilities.

Many dozens of Republicans willfully and aggressively ignored real information that pointed to Trump’s loss and deceptively engaged in a collective shit-throwing excercise for 9 weeks knowing full well they were lying and advocating for the un-Constitutional disenfranchisement of the majority of Arizona’s citizens. This is active and knowing anti-American traitor behavior. They must pay severe consequences.
One of the best things about a congressman of low character is that he will sabotage the ambition of a peer: e.g., see the relationship of Biggs to McCarthy.
I’m no expert on the topic by any means, but I get the impression from reading all these texts in the context of the timeline so far provided by the TPM crew that all these people in the text threads will likely be saved from any prosecution or indictment precisely because they were all too stupid and incompetent to have any idea what they were even talking about, or how to make their wishes come to pass. That is, they could not even start doing any real criming because they had no idea what to even do. It was all loyalty signaling and performative outrage, just trying to look busy while Boss Trump was watching.
My Arizona brother, I believe biggs is his critter, told me Biggs got his money winning the lottery. He’s much like tRump, accidentally wealthy. tRump by birth. biggs by luck.
