lets justt call it the’BULLSHIT BULLETIN.
So you’re opposed to the First Amendment? Not surprised.
When I used to teach AP Economics, one of the things I would invariably say in class every year was, “economists are like weathermen, they can be wrong half the time and still keep their jobs.”
The Pope has been influenced by a fellow Jesuit Jim Martin who has written about the understanding of same sex unions. The blow back will come and the next Pope will have to deal with it. Since Francis has chosen most of the electors they already know who’s next in line.
“A new fissure unzipped …” That is some incredibly visual, brand new (to me anyway), rippingly evocative use of language right there, Mr. Kurtz!
makes you wonder how anyone gay or black can identify with the Death Eaters, doesn’t it? I scratch my head often.
But yeah Democrats takes us for granted and haven’t done anything for us. Lets give republicans a chance.
…but reThugs in the state are plotting to thwart their* wishes.
Of course they are.
*The American people of OhiO.
We THE PEOPLE!
Ol’ Clare has gotten a lot of mileage (heh!) and bucks out of Professional Blackness. As the Republicans intended, he’s been giving black folks a bad name since he was first appointed.
“What’s the worst that could happen if I show my face to a bunch of face-eating leopards?”
As if I needed more proof that I am a total sap who will tear up at ANYTHING, the final third of that (by now clichéd) stairs-and-trampoline-in-a-mall routine had me in low-key tears. FFS, I have a problem
From what I’ve read Courts are loathe rule for prior restraint unless life or limb are at risk. Seems reasonable to me. It is a speech issue after all. At this stage of the game I’m perplexed as to why these women give a shit. You can’t get blood out of a turnip and for the same reason money out of Rudy. And no one believes his crap anyway. If I were them I’d just enjoy the slo-mo self immolation and wait for Rudy’s irrelevance.
Those must be what Schmitz referred to here:
But it is worth remembering that during his presidency, Mr. Trump’s often intemperate rhetoric and erratic behavior ended up accompanying a host of moderate policies.
No, Matt, “moderate” is not the word you should have used here, buddy.
The NYT would see this upheaval of disapproval as their having done their jobs by eliciting “thoughtful response” from the readers. It’s good to be intellectually flexible.
Speaking of flexible, that guy on the trampoline!
Professional Blackness!!! WOAH!!!
So “pro-life” that she wants to kick kids off of Medicaid.
Given the opportunity, and an audience, people will sound off.
Anything that hurts trump is ok by me.
I hope you write this to NYT’s…preferably as an OpEd, this needs to be said loud & clear & wide. You stated this glaring “bothsiderism” very well. I’m sick of this type of journalism ignoring the bold face truth to appear to walk the line of neutrality.
There is nothing neutral about Trump conduct nor his threat to democracy.
