I have a non-snark question. Can anyone tell me anything positive that the U.S. currently gets out of its alliance with Israel? Right now it simply appears to be an unmitigated drag on the U.S. on all fronts.

Does Putin own Boeing? Or does the Industrial-Military Complex decided that Boeing is to big to fail. Either way this is no coincidence. Expect all Boeing former and current employers to clam up.

The problem with that is that sometimes what a friend needs most is a wake-up call and this appears to me to be what Israel most needs.

Israel is an ally in the large global economy, and generally supports the rule of international law governing trade between nations. Like most countries, our own included, Israel is imperfect. But they belong in the same group with the rest of us, lined up against Russia, North Korea, and the others.

It all boils down to that it’s very unfair that Trump can’t tamper with the witnesses because campaigning and reasons.
Todd Blanche is again making the argument that Donald Trump’s comments are political and not related to his trial.
“Part of the campaign takes place outside this courtroom, part of this campaign takes place in interviews,” Blanche said.
He is also complaining about president Joe Biden, implying he has an unfair advantage in being able to talk about the case when his client cannot.
