Do they really, really want to go down this road? Seriously, the implication of one means definite implications of someone much higher up. Make it showy Alabama, lets hear all the points that they will stand on to justify their issue with her.

“We’re not racists,” said a spokesman for the Knights of the White Camelia Alabama Guardians Of Pedophiles. “We just like to act like it in the national media.”

So ridiculous. But at least they haven’t banned her from the state…yet.

Just checking…they’re still good with those “all-American values of Roy Moore, right?

The article missed the critical detail that in condemning the use of language that “explicitly runs counter to American values and patriotism”, the Alabama GOP clearly called for the expulsion of both Steve King and Omar.

Oh, wait…

In a second resolution, the Alabama GOP demanded Congress change the national anthem to “Dixie.”

Those GOPers sure are terrified of any woman who has the temerity to use her voice. Barefoot and pregnant with cactus planted around the doors is the only thing they know.

“State Rep. Tommy Hanes ( R ) introduced a resolution during the party’s summer meeting on Saturday that asked the Alabama GOP’s U.S. representatives to introduce legislation that would expel Omar from Congress.”

How many times did he misspell “uppity”?

Resolution: Support for Rep. Ilha n Omar’s expulsion from the United States Congress

WHEREAS, Rep. Omar has engaged in rhetoric that explicitly runs counter to American values and patriotism by falsely accusing U.S. armed forces of committing war crimes while on mission to liberate her home country of Somalia

WHEREAS, Rep. Omar dismissed the 9/11 terror attacks waged by radical Islam on the World Trade Center by stating “some people did something”

WHEREAS, Rep. Omar sympathized with a convicted terrorist and member of the Islamic State of lraq and Syria by advocating a U.S. District Judge for sentencing leniency

WHEREAS, Rep. Omar has a disturbing record of using anti-Semitic language that includes alleging Jewish money is used to buy American influence regarding its policy toward Israel; Rep. Omar is also a supporter of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions campaign

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Alabama Republican Party urges its elected congressional delegation to proceed with the expulsion process in accordance to Article 1, Section 5 of the U.S. Constitution to expel Rep. Ilhan Omar from the United States House of Representatives

I’ll save others the need to open up the PDF.

Wow what an iron clad argument from the Alabama GOP. Falsely claiming war crimes were commited is now grounds for expulsion? I just looked it up. 14 Somali civilians died for no reason thanks to the great US of A. Do they really want to go down this road? Are they claiming it never happened? Or are they really arguing killing civilians is awesome? They might as well say it’s not a war crime if it’s against black people. Even if you don’t think it’s a war crime, I don’t understand the extreme backlash by claiming it was. This is their first reason for expulsion; they think killing civilians isn’t a war crime. Just amazing this is the best argument they could come up with.

The other ones descend more into stupidly. Not supporting Israel. Really? There are people in the Israeli Knesset that don’t support Zionism but apparently in the House it’s a requirement.

“Omar, one of the first Muslims to be elected to Congress and the first member to wear a hijab, has been a lightening rod for conservative attacks ever since she entered office, including from President Donald Trump.”

It doesn’t help that at times she essentially marches around in a storm holding a 10 foot metal shaft aloft.

KKKlowns!

Funny, hardly anyone appears to be concerned about many of the GOP lunatics in the House and Senate and in state legislatures all across the country schlepping around their personal Eiffel towers in electrical storms.
