Netanyahoo missed an opportunity to show courage and leadership and to put Israel’s long term interests over his own. Instead he decided that brown nosing Preshitident Skanky-Manslut and scoring cheap political points for his re-election were more important.
Bibi and Trump have a lot in common. If neither gets re-elected, they face the judicial system for corruption and obstruction.

Nothing will happen to either. They are above the law at this point already. Thank Bob Mueller.
Israel is racist, plain and simple. We should not support it. Enough.
If you’re implying that America banning suspected communists was a glorious chapter in our country’s history, then I think you’re wrong. If you’re saying Israel should seek to emulate the worst parts of US history, just because we did it, I also think you’re wrong, and clearly hate Israel.
I’m saying that there is a strong tendency to hold Israel to a higher standard than any other country on the planet. I think that’s ridiculous.
That said, I do think that Israel would have been better advised to admit them although that privileges Americam Congress members above Israeli law.
It’s a pretty low standard, if we have to go back to infamous years in US history to find a parallel to it. I don’t see this as an example of setting Israel a particularly high bar, or one that we wouldn’t / shouldn’t set for ourselves. In defending Israel, we have to watch out for the soft bigotry of low expectations.
