I’m not going to hold my breath waiting for Red State AG’s to join this patriotic initiative…

And speaking of utter disregard…

So does the PRA have any meaningful consequences if someone(s) don’t comply?

And here’s the word again, comply, something that black folks get accused of not doing when ordered, and white folks pay it no mind.

“But how else am I supposed to cover up all the self-dealing I’ve been doing? I’ve been destroying documents my entire adult life to cover up my crimes and I’m not going to let being President stop me now!”

Oh, I’d imagine they already have the secret shredder brigade, for paper and digital, hard at work. Rump and the people close to him demonstrate their criminal intent daily.

‘‘utter disregard for his recordkeeping obligations’’

They’ve finally gotten a reason to put papers on the Resolute Desk. “Mr. President, your fiber is on the desk!”

The loser is going to cause havoc in California, or at least try very hard to, and President Biden will be able to reverse all those dangerous decisions. Maybe the 15 AGs can turn their attention to his plans.

As a parent, let me say the fifteenth stern warning actually encourages kids, if by the fifth they have faced no real consequences.

Hopefully, this is something that has some bite behind it. And hopefully it is something that the new DOJ will not hesitate to enforce.

" “willful destruction or concealment of federal records is a federal crime punishable by fines and imprisonment.”

Someone better tell the White House these AGs won’t be issuing those subpoenas they snubbed during the impeachment trials, these subpoenas will have your ass locked up quick, fast and in a hurry.

Let’s see how long that lasts past January 20th. One might be worried this issue could be lost in all of the fires Biden administration will have to put out simultaneously but given that Biden’s nominee for HHS secretary is the current CA AG Xavier Becerra I do not think this issue will be put on a back burner.

I expect this person to be fired before the week is out.

Unfortunately we will hear nothing more about any of this unless some major investigation is initiated by an equally major person.
