President Donald Trump on Tuesday piled on the veteran NPR reporter Mary Louise Kelly, who’s been the target of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo after she grilled him on Ukraine in a recent interview.
In many companies, this comment would at least invite an appointment with HR, if not outright dismissal. To the base, this is laudatory and outstanding. I cannot live among these ghouls.
NPR is putting on a good game face right now, but I look for them to throw Trump some sort of bone sooner or later. He has a very nasty streak about him, and if nothing else can be extremely creative and determined in exacting revenge for perceived slights.
If this keeps up people are going to start thinking Putin’s cock-holster is both a cad and a cur. Sad.
@mattinpa I think it’s more along the lines of “he doesn’t like anyone who’s smarter than he is.” Abject depravity is also a bonus requirement when it comes to his “personal assessments.”
