Whatever jail time is allowed is what these people should receive if found guilty on these charges. Add to that whatever financial penalty is allowable. I think time behind bars is the only deterrent that might actually influence their future behavior.
I guess I’m assuming charges can and will be filed if the investigation shows them warranted.

Schroeder admitted to making copies of two of his county’s Dominion voting equipment hard drives, giving a copy to his private lawyer and being given instructions from non-election staffers on how to make the copies.
Any news as to who those “non-election staffers” are?

Yes–and especially on the same day that the NRC deemed that what happened on 1/6 was “legitimate political discourse.” If Pence can just walk the walk implied by his words, he of all people could challenge that effectively.

At a minimum, they should pay for replacing those machines.
