SCOTUS will not be setting the trial date. Judge Chutkan will be setting in on Aug. 28, and it is not an appealable action by the court.

I told my wife when the defendant first “truthed” about a news conference that he would use the “My lawyers made me not do it” excuse for not going through with it.

No news conference. But we still get to see the Irrefutable REPORT.
Can’t wait to read it … and not holding my breath for it ever seeing the light of day. Which is just what someone with irrefutable proof of his innocence and his actually winning a presidential election would do. Claim to have evidence … but just not produce it.

Well, Rudy has already admitted in court filings that he was lying about Ruby Freeman and her daughter. Which might make some think he was lying about everything. And so were the rest of the RICO conspirators.
