The criminal probe into Giuliani is being led by U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York.

The return of the term, ‘individual-1’, in five, four, three…

Ooopsie! Does this mean Rudy will finally plead guilty to dementia?

Question addressed to no one at all:

If you were leading a months-long criminal investigation into a lawyer whose client is the President of the United States, would you feel obliged to (or would you think it prudent to) inform anyone in the White House?

The system is rigged so strongly in favor of the already wealthy in this country I am always shocked when I see rich people breaking the law to get that little bit more on top of their pile.

Grenade Giuliani was paid $500k by Fraud Guarantee while Grenade Giuliani guarantees fraud for his criminal associates!

Don’t believe the Wall Street Journal. It is also owned by Rupert Murdoch. And, Rudy and Russian intelligence wield tremendous influence over both the New York offices of the SDNY and the New York FBI.

This is just a red herring, a scheme to extricate Rudy and protect the Trump Organization. He will be pardoned and won’t cooperate. I hope he is jailed for a day or two in an orange jump suit pending trial. That’s all you can expect from our corrupted system of justice.

Rudy’s shadiness and corruption has been documented for a long, long time. The recent news has just made his longstanding, bad reputation more widely known.

Well, some people become rich by skirting the laws (if not breaking them); while others become rich (or stay that way) by deciding what laws are written.

Not sure about that. He enjoys expansive notions of executive privilege.

If Rudy’s financial affairs are anything akin to Trump’s all his shady, questionable, quasi-legal shenanigans will only serve to prove he’s a genius and savvy businessman.

Has anyone heard from or seen Giuliani since his “lunch” on Saturday with Trump?

Or is he safely off in a non-extradition-treaty country by now?
