Who writes these headlines! Hat tip to YOU! Maybe a little esoteric but not lost at all on our regular readers.

Only the media thinks this is a tangled mess. They always lead with what bleeds. But this isn’t really that complicated and they’ve dealt with RICO cases and multiple defendants before. The judge will dispense with these kinds of motions in short order as there is well-established precedents for all of it. It just doesn’t get national media attention but they need to treat it as “news” and “unprecedented” and such to grab an audience.

I might be going out on a limberger here, but I think Trump is going to be a grilled cheese sammich…

You would never want to grill Limburger cheese. Believe me!

I don’t turn the tube on during the day. I’ll depend on the reporting to inform me.
Cnn reports that the civil trial E. Jean Carroll has against trump will only concern how much he hasta pay her. The judge ruled that several stupid public comments by trump sealed his guilt and now it’s only a matter of how much he hasta come up with.

What about this case specifically makes it substantially different than the other prolonged RICO prosecutions cited in the article?

My crazy dad made cheese in our basement, and it was way more wurst than limberger could ever be. And a few years later, I was blowing up gallon bottles of root beer in same basement, and lemon mead (SIMI) as well.

We even had a “retired” cheese vat outside our house, which served as a little swimming pool for the kids… It was fun when the fire department came out in the early summer to fill it up. But, first, using the hoses on us kids, to calm us down… (Ever see the ending of the Fugitive Kind, my favorite Marlon Brando movie of all?)

Several decades ago a friend and I raised goats and made damned fine cheese fron their milk.
And Mrs darr is an accomplished craft brewer making beer and fermented cider. I began fermenting malt in 1979 when the law was ammended allowing the head of a household to make 200 gallons of beer each year. By 2003 I figured I’d consumed my share and backed off booze. Not against it… I just figured that for me it was time to stop.
