Ron “Superfan” DeSantis, poster-child for the Anti-Democratic Party (aka Fascist American Party).

This case literally is, for Donald Trump and the Republicans, the 2020 election. That is, IF the courts find this textbook violation of the 24th amendment ratified in 1964 what it is, a violation of the 24th amendment, the 2020 election is OVER as Florida goes blue.

What is unique about this case is that it is not about some article or amendment passed in the 18th century or and amendment passed after the civil war, the 24th amendment is current and was intended directly to address today’s racism.

ANSWER: No. Because DeSantis/GOP are anti-democratic cretins.

Spoiler Alert Polls taxes still illegal in 2020.

They are evil, and they are incompetent.

Why do we keep losing to them? Let’s stop.

It’s Florida. If the franchise is returned the result will be longer lines and more voter suppression because DeSantis will do anything to pleasse his lord and master.

Short answer - no. The GOP will (again) run the clock out.

If the 11th Circuit rules against them they will appeal to the Supremes and seek a stay. And they will probably get one. Then, they will deny certiorari at the “long conference” held on October 2. But the last day to register to vote in Florida is (drum roll, please) October 5!

I really wish the Dems did have a George Soros (in the mold of a liberal Kock Bros or Sheldon Anderson) who would step up and pay all the court fees in question.
