Thomas Smith from Man in the High Castle - a role model for Republicans.

In the end, though, after discovering for himself that he was incurably ill, Thomas self-reported himself to the Reich and willingly left with them to be purged (euthanized) as a “defective”, promising not to mention to anyone that his family had been aware of his illness.

These folks who oppose this reasonable accommodation aren’t far removed from the likes of Richard Widmark in Kiss of death.
George H.W Bush signed the ADA. I remember the whines from the Wall Street Journal editorial board and some conservatives that it would be a lawyers paradise and impede freedom. Instead it’s improved the lives and economic prospects for millions of Americans at minimal cost.

This is definitely along the spectrum towards Full Nazi. Sidelining and hiding disabled people, which led to their eventual murders, both in camps and elsewhere.

Nice…does the nimrod that MADE this ‘objection’ actually WORK for a fking living? I’m sure every WORKING PERSON ALIVE that has conference calls would disagree that it’s ‘disrespectful’ …

Asked if a committee member could participate while wearing KKK garb replete with hood, providing they were physically present, Vos replied “I’ve never had a problem with that.”

He actually opposes the ADA claiming that it’s unconstitutional. I have visions of him stuck at a sidewalk where there’s no curb cut or in a similar situation.

There really are no words for this despicable response to a legitimate request.

Wow. Up till just now, the only person I’ve wanted to whack upside the head with a 2 by 4 (Foghorn Leghorn style)* was Stephen Miller. Welcome to the “club”, Robin Vos.

  • I am not a violent person…2 x 4 whacking is really not my thing.
