In an interview on ‘Fox News Sunday,’ pizza magnate-turned GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain played it coy while answering questions about his proposed tax plan. Cain declared that ‘some of the best economists in this country’ helped him develop his ‘9-9-9’ plan, but then refused to name them. The new tax plan calls for a 9% flat tax on business and personal income along with a 9% national sales tax.
