I remind everyone that there was no health care system in Britain before WWII. Their country was in literal wreckage, infrastructure weak, no computer system, and in debt for millions to America.

There are some pros and cons to that. Property loss of course. Then how long will it take to fill up. The river runs pretty low now, drying up at the coast. Then there is the whole set up a series of locks. Lake Amistad is one thought in mind. Oh, I forgot Falcon Lake as well. This might take a while.

No, I can’t prove it in a court of law, but I’ve heard enough anecdotally to believe it.
