It is not known if the performer whose music they used approved, or was even paid, for the use of clips of their song.
The footage features an anti-communist message from Trump, alongside images of the president, the American flag, and military aircraft. The commercial is overlaid with messages including “largest tax cuts in history,” “reigniting American manufacturing,” and “defend law and order and police.”
The video repeatedly includes the words “love me” from the JMSN song. It is unclear whether the singer gave permission for the song to be used.

Seems to me by ignoring a court order, he’s neither defending, preserving, nor protecting the Constitution as he has now sworn to do twice. I am starting to think he should be impeached, removed from office, and then prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Am I wrong?

I think you’re spot on, but the other thing is people don’t like to see presidents openly defying court orders. And since we’re past Labor Day and they’re presumably paying attention, this is just another issue Republicans are going to have to answer for and will try to run away from.

If I were a federal judge, I would have been holding people in contempt a long time ago. It’s not too late to start now though. Start with the little people just following orders and work your way up to those issuing those orders aka Steven Miller.

In a sane world without a Supreme Court with 6 corrupt justices with lifetime appointments, a congress assembled by big donors, gerrymandered districts, and an Electoral College designed by racists, local print media being replaced by “social” media, and shorter attention spans created by our iPhones, your thinking would be spot on. But that’s not the world we live in, so progressives will have to be as focused and ruthless as the fascists who have hijacked the US. This is our last chance.
