This guy has been laboring for the NIH under Trump for nearly four years — and NOW, a month from the election and three months before Trump’s (likely) replacement, he decides to quit?
Sound to me he has a lucrative private sector gig lined up thanks to his fame as a whistleblower, and is trying to enhance his public profile by “resigning on principle”. Sure, everything he is saying is doubtless true about how the NIH is being run (paging Dr. Fauci…) but I just don’t buy the “principle” act AT THIS POINT in the administration…

Yet again, the adage holds true: “Everything Trump touches, dies.”
At this point, there are at least two vital things to pay attention to: winning the election (which, at this stage, looks probable), and preventing the outgoing administration from destroying everything it possibly can to obstruct the incoming administration from implementing its agenda.
For R’s, nothing says “patriotic” like setting the stage for future corruption.
I love this video of Cher and Tina Turner. Cher is no slouch as a hoofer, but she can barely breathe by the time they’re done and Tina hasn’t even broken a sweat.
