The military reference should be ringing alarm bells for people. These fuckers are not going to have the slightest compunction about trying to violate the Posse Comitatus Act if they think they’ve been given an excuse and have designed a pathway through the courts for it.

I was watching the news late last night/early this morning and gasped when the anchor read the tweet. It was a direct call back to ugly times we hid but never resolved.

The racism is so deeply ingrained in Trump, he doesn’t even care to try to hide it anymore.

He is in the process of burning the fields and towns behind him. I said it earlier today, he is going to make his farewell painful.

The Republicans should really pay attention to what is happening to them. Trump is salting the ground beneath them. If they think they will somehow become the heroes in this period of time, they are sadly mistaken. They are along for the ride with the rest of us.

Steve Bannon is getting his rocks off watching all of this along with his minion Miller.

For a guy who shows absolutely no knowledge of history, Trump sure knows how to resurrect the historical racist dogwhistles, doesn’t he?

Right, I initially thought Trump came up with that phrase himself, but I should have known better. If it wasn’t Miller it could have been Navarro, who is old enough he might have remembered the Miami riots.

And I’d bet a bag of donuts he heard the the original Good Ole Boy quote and f-ing REMEMBERED IT.

Whites telling Blacks they should be outraged by Whites telling Blacks they should be outraged.

If it were any more ironic, it would need starch and a hanger.

OT Big Rocket Man seeking Little Rocket Man. Object, powerful, big thrusts.

Well, the dog whistles were somewhat less blatant. He didn’t openly threaten massacres.

Alas, the law ‘n’ order propaganda will have resonance with a great many Americans, maybe enough to swing the election in Nov.

Though I applaud the photographer’s use of white space here, I think it would be yet more effective if the shot only included the very top part of his head – the part he tried to patch over with spray-on hair a while back. I think he would like that.
