Gee, nobody could have predicted that we’d need to actually distribute the vaccine once it was manufactured.

Everyone was just supposed to drive by the plant, hang an arm out the window for their shot, then repeat in a few weeks.

I’ll never forget the day the news broke that the daily Corona Virus Task briefings would no longer continue. “Shit,” I said to myself. “They aren’t going to do anything. We are on our own.” I was so depressed and rightly so. This latest bit is simply of a piece with an entire four years of mendacity, thievery and incompetence from the Trump Administration. I hope there is an accounting, because without consequences there is no incentive to change behavior.

  2. One governor is reporting that the total number of doses projected to be available nationwide has been cut by four million monthly.
  3. The vaccine maker reports it is not having production problems and says its has doses in warehouses, but is awaiting direction from the federal government on where to send them.

The Dems lost seats downticket. If the Covid -19 misfeasance and maybe 350K+ deaths by inauguration day didn’t change the GOTrumpP voters, nothing will. All these folks care about is that those people are hurt worse than they are.

I’ve given up on incentives to change. Republican voters are steeped in bad faith from bad faithed GOTrumpP politicians and they love it that way.
