I wish they’d stop with this shit… none is going to work, and only encourages states like WI and NC to do the same to Joe…

Dumb

It wouldn’t take many states to throw Dump off the ballot before it would difficult for him to win the Electoral College.

Well it is right there in the Constitution. I think it would be dumb not to raise this legit issue.

It’s a political turd.

Will be twisted that democrats are afraid of Trump. And this will be amplified by a media who needs a Horserace.

Moreover, it will backfire. Because Republicans are more craven than us and own more lopsided state legislatures.

Even getting pulled of a red state ballot will have diwn-ballot implications

Same when Republicans do the same to joe…

(NO they don’t need reason beyond revenge)

Outgoing Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lorie Gildea … was the one to order the briefing which effectively forces all parties to address whether the case should be dismissed. The Nov. 2 oral arguments will address that, by which time Gildea will have retired.

Am I the only one who finds this surreal?

And what insurrection did Joe Biden incite and / or participate?

What bribes did he take? What did the White House do wrong in Benghazi? The GOP doesn’t need facts to make allegations.

It may be constitutional, but it’s really bad politics to kick him off the ballot without some sort of due process. I agree with Jonney_5 – it’s just a bad idea.

How is going to court not due process?

I disagree. Every single legal lever of accountability must be used against Honest Don. I hope he has the day he deserves.

This is my question as well.

It doesn’t have to make sense…we’re talking Republicans here…

Republicans have a lot of bought courts… and Republican voters will require revenge. It’s a bad road to go down.

Worse, getting Trump off the ballot risks a better candidate, a more competent fascist…

I think he should be convicted of something first before he’s removed from a ballot. Impeachment didn’t work-twice, the Jan 6th Commission was a finding and had no legal weight.

Specifically Jan 6th related…

Even a docs case conviction isn’t really adequate

Why would anyone buy a used Yugo missing a wheel ,broken passenger window and its engine from this man while this charlatan calls it a lovingly hand made Maserati. Why do millions believe his bullshit? I fail to see the attraction. We know he lies. We know he is dishonest. We know he only wants to enrich himself. We know he does not care about the greater good for America. We know he ignores inconvenient laws. We know his extensive legal rap sheet. How is it people would trust this fake with their votes? He is not a republican. He is only and ever out for himself.

Gonna punt this political question to Congress, obvs.
